


This newly created role will take complete ownership for implementing a training and development infrastructure. The key aim to facilitate personal and professional development, ultimately working towards chartered or certified status for the advisery team. Ensuring best practise is maintained in all aspects of design and delivery, in keeping with FSA guidelines and the companies’ corporate brand values.
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years expertise operating at a senior level, probably within a corporate function, ideally within the financial services sector. You will be able to demonstrate a proven pedigree in delivering the full training cycle.
This change orientation role dictates you will be adept in translating high level concepts.
You are likely to be qualified to CIPD/CITD level, a proven and operational leader, manager and motivator of others.
