Location: Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, London, Northern Ireland
Salary: C£36,000 basic (substantial guarantee dependent on experience) OTE C£150k with an outstanding commission structure to include team over-ride.

As leader and mentor to executive consultants and their advisory team, your primary responsibility will be to enhance the affectivity of your teams through proactive leadership, coaching and personal development.

Your extensive knowledge and acumen within the financial services arena will act as a platform when providing direction, advice and guidance. You will be a custodian of the brand, ensuring best practise strategies are implemented at all times.

Working closely with the Head of Business Development you will maximise the introduction of business with the affinity channels.

You will be a respected and proven manager and leader within financial services. Ideally qualified to Chartered or Certified level. Expertise within HNW individuals will prove a distinct advantage as will first hand experience of fee based financial service provisions.

Your knowledge and pedigree within Financial and Investment Solutions will be unquestionable.
